Acceptance
By using the Services, you accept these Terms. All users must be 21 years of age or older.
Age requirement
By using a restricted Service, you represent that you are at least 21. Cocktail Evolution may deny, suspend, or terminate access when age cannot reasonably be verified or information indicates that a user is underage. False age information may result in cancellation of an account, enrollment, booking, or service.
User accounts
Users must provide accurate information, keep it current, protect credentials, and maintain password confidentiality. Accounts may not be transferred or fraudulently used by others.
Quotes and bookings
Submitting a request, completing a form, receiving a quote, or requesting an estimate does not automatically confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only when the requirements in the applicable proposal, contract, invoice, or agreement are satisfied.
Event agreements and conditions
Events may be subject to specific terms covering payments, deposits, retainers, cancellations, rescheduling, staff, timing, alcohol, purchases, venues, equipment, glassware, damage, liability, and additional charges. A specific event agreement controls if it conflicts with these general Terms.
Alcohol and responsible service
Our staff may refuse or stop beverage service for apparent intoxication, unsafe conduct, suspected underage consumption, invalid identification, threats, or any situation contrary to law or safety. No person may require alcohol service in violation of law or our responsible-service practices.
First Pour Academy™
First Pour Academy™ provides private training in bartending, mixology, beverages, hospitality, and bar operations exclusively to persons 21 or older. Unless expressly stated, its certificates confirm completion of a private program and are not government licenses. Participants are responsible for obtaining required licenses or permits.
Intellectual property
Names, marks, logos, designs, courses, methods, photographs, videos, text, graphics, templates, original recipes, programs, and content owned or licensed by Cocktail Evolution are protected. Unauthorized copying, sale, publication, distribution, sublicensing, commercial modification, or commercial training use is prohibited.
Prohibited conduct
Users may not use the Services unlawfully or fraudulently; falsify age or identity; access systems without authorization; interfere with security; bypass controls; introduce malware; misuse payment systems; copy protected content; or commercially use educational materials without authorization.
Third-party services
Some features depend on external providers that maintain their own terms, policies, and operational requirements.
Availability
We do not guarantee permanent, uninterrupted, or error-free availability. Interruptions may result from maintenance, updates, providers, hosting, technical issues, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Educational disclaimer
Participation in or completion of First Pour Academy™ does not guarantee employment, promotion, income, opportunities, licensing eligibility, or any specific professional result.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cocktail Evolution LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the digital Services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access for underage use, falsification, breach, fraud, security risk, infringement, or unlawful use.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update remains subject to applicable law and any required notice or consent.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and applicable Illinois law.
