How to submit a request
Email info@cocktailevolutionchi.com from the address associated with your account using the subject “Account Deletion Request.” Include your name and account email; do not email passwords, full card numbers, or identification documents.
Verification
We may request information reasonably necessary to confirm identity and protect the account from fraudulent requests.
What happens next
After validation, we will delete or deidentify the account and applicable information within a reasonable period, except information we must legitimately retain. We will notify the requester when processing is complete or if more information is needed.
Information that may be retained
We may retain records needed for accounting, tax, transaction, fraud-prevention, chargeback, contract, dispute, regulatory, or legal purposes. Retained information will remain limited to those purposes.
