Cocktail Evolution may request reasonable proof of age. If we determine that a person under 21 used a restricted Service, we may suspend or terminate access and delete related information when appropriate and legally permitted. We do not intentionally direct alcohol-related advertising to persons under 21.

Third-party services and links
The Services may integrate or link to third-party platforms. Each third party maintains its own privacy, terms, and security practices, which Cocktail Evolution does not control.
Privacy rights and requests
Depending on applicable law and jurisdiction, a person may have rights to access, correct, or delete information and make other permitted requests. Email info@cocktailevolutionchi.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may reasonably verify identity before processing certain requests.
Privacy signals and preferences
Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid privacy signal sent by a browser or device, we will process it as required.
